Randstad is actively recruiting for call center/customer service professionals in the Portland area. If you enjoy providing top-tier customer service and driving client satisfaction and retention, then this is a great opportunity for you! This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $15 to $16/hr and has the potential to convert to a full time opportunity with our client.

Job responsibilities:
In this function you will be responsible for...
- Responding to customer inquiries over a variety of digital formats (phone,email, live chat)
- Processing account change requests using precise data entry expertise
- Process invoicing and billing requests
- Run internal reporting using Excel
- Order entry using CRM software
- Additional ad-hoc administrative tasks

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
