Randstad is currently seeking a friendly, organized call center representative to join the team for a growing organization.

Job responsibilities:
Representatives will answer all incoming healthcare calls, answer inquiries, and fulfill requests. You must exemplify the values of our company at all times and provide customers with the highest levels of customer concern. Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries. Maintain working equipment and work well with team mates.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

expertise:
Strong phone and verbal communication expertise including active listening. capability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Customer focus and adaptcapability to different personality types. Show empathy and sympathy with still being able to maintain control of the call.
