LogMeIn is a Global Software company located in Boston, MA. The Vendor Risk Management Analyst at LogMeIn is responsible for performing the Vendor risk assessment process including the review and scoring of inherent risk questionnaires, initiating and managing the due diligence process with cross functional control group and completing overall risk assessment summaries for third party vendors.

Job responsibilities:
supervise the third-party on-boarding process, including risk assessment and due diligence through partnerships with Legal, information security, and various business units to ensure all requirements are met
Evaluate vendor documents to determine acceptcapability
supervises the day-to-day risk mitigation, monitoring, and reporting for vendor relationships
Review vendor risk assessment outputs to ensure risk has been appropriately assessed
Obtain and maintain necessary training to keep current on the discipline of vendor risk management, including regulatory and industry practices
Ensure departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulatory standards and company policies and procedures
Participate in the team's preparation and involvement in regulatory examinations
Assist with the creation of policies and procedure for the Vendor Management department
Analyze external supplier data to drive recommendations
Provides process improvement strategies on existing procedures and processes across the team and risk organization to achieve efficiencies
Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

expertise:
Minimum of 3 years of practice in Vendor Management or Third-Party Risk Management
Structured project management practice
Effective communication expertise at all levels of the organization
practice balancing multiple initiatives at once
practice in evaluating, developing and implementing vendor risk assessment and mitigation solutions
practice with procurement systems/processes/tools practice
practice driving change and improving end-to-end processes
