What is a Production adjunct? The Customer Relationship Manager is familiar with client needs, as well as the function and function of each part of the production process to effectively coordinate and deliver custom apparel on time. They spend significant time communicating with the customer and others (vendors, the Tonic team, subcontractors) involved in production in order to ensure customer satisfaction with a high level of service. The Customer Relationship Manager will anticipate opportunities and issues proactively as well as manage scope using production management applications and tools. this function requires a creative approach with lots of initiative.
   » Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the team and customers
   » Provide outstanding customer service
   » Be responsive and timely in responding to questions, concerns, and requests
   » Serve as a point-of-contact to the customer and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution
   » Interpret and meet customer expectations and requirements to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
   » Manage orders through the production cycle (quote, invoice, order products, schedule production, quality control, delivery)
   » Manages changes to the project, schedule, and production
   » Assist Project Manager
   » Works with Print Lead on production schedule and communicates customer quality standards
   » Lgain Production/billing software
   » Lgain about screen printing process and other services
   » Lgain about apparel products
   » Work with team to meet deadlines
   » Shipping outgoing orders
