Job responsibilities:
- Maintenance Mechanic must read machine assembly drawings and electrical schematics to identify machine malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems
- Adjust mechanical assemblies and control systems to correct machine malfunctions
- Design and fabricate metal product for production equipment.
- Maintenance Mechanic must work with maintenance department managers to analyze machine failures and develop plans to reduce downtime
- Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
- Maintenance Mechanic must observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.
- Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
- Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
- Assist in the installation new and used equipment as instructed by manager

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Your qualifications will include a prosperously completed a high school diploma or GED equivalent; strong
combination of technical education and practice with background in electrical, machining, tools and
hydraulic press maintenance and repair; two years of practice in a manufacturing plant; able to maintain
equipment in safe and good running condition; perform all plant maintenance and repair; maintain
records of all maintenance, purchase and repair activities and effectively communicate and coordinate

Appropriate qualifications:
You will primarily be responsible for the repair,, rebuild or overhaul off all types off production and service
equipment in the facility and the repair or manufacture off machine parts.. You will perform these
responsibilities from blue prints or written/verbal instructions.. You will also be responsible for any other
job related tasks and projects as necessary..
Maintenance Technician expertise and practice requirements
You will be trained iin Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Lock Out / Tag Out and will
be expected to continue tto take classes as needed to maintain or improve job related functions.. A good
expertise off production processes as well as fluent English language expertise are required..
