Have a passion for people? A growing medical company is looking to expand their Customer Service department with practiced and hard-working individuals to communicate with patients, insurance companies and providers.

Job responsibilities:
Receive/complete inbound and outbound phone calls to health care providers/patients/insurance providers and identifying the type of assistance needed . Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information into database.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

-Working in a high-volume call center
-Excellent communication expertise
-Medical Terminology expertise
-Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is a must!
