Randstad is seeking customer service professionals with researching expertise for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a major financial firm in Irving, TX!
Please see details below:

Pay: $17
Job location: Irving, TX
Hours: Monday-Friday with hours ranging between 7am-7pm. Must be available to work some Saturdays if needed with advance notice. Hours may change due to business need so must be flexible

Job responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls to customers, account research, cross department coordination/partnership, project assignments, knowledge/interpretation and application of policies and procedures, etc.
Locate customer accounts in various systems, follow internal procedures to thoroughly explain remediation activity to customers, and answer all questions accurately.
Partner with other departments to research customer inquiries and provide accurate response/resolution.
Demonstrate superior customer service expertise when speaking to customers, third parties and internal business partners.
Maintain high call quality performance by providing above and beyond service to customers
Support department projects, as needed, within the required response times.
Knowledge, interpretation and identification of complaints according the Complaints Management Policy.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
