job description

Seeking an practiced Technical Customer Service Representative to provide insight in a professional setting. This individual will be part of a team that is focused on process and training effectiveness to improve the customer practice. This is a temporary contract opportunity approximately 1 year in duration.

Job responsibilities:
- Conduct call observations using an online observation system, to deliver core customer practice data, analysis and recommendations to the observation team to be communicated outward
- Complete 100% of assigned observations

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

expertise:
- Solid knowledge of call center processes
- Solid listening and written/oral communication expertise
- Attention to detail
- Solid attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives
- Must have capability to work independently and in team environment

suitable education
High School

practice:
Entry Level

Appropriate qualifications:
- Consent to a criminal background and drug test
- 3 + years practice in a call center setting
- Technical practice is required

Job location: Irving, TX
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hrly
